Part of the problem is the cost of building.
New York City is still the capital of the world, after all.
But a more important reason for the current skyscraper boom is the sheer size of its construction.
At the peak of the skyscraper era, in the mid-1960s, there were fewer than a hundred skyscrapes in the city.
Today, there are more than six hundred.
This growth has not been without some setbacks.
In the mid-’90s, New York’s housing market was in a free fall.
As prices rose, so did vacancies.
Then, in 2006, the city’s population exploded, and many young people started moving to the city for work.
As the city expanded, so too did its population.
Now, it is home to one of the largest populations in the world.
The city has also become a hub for the tech industry, and there are several high-profile companies that have relocated to New York.
It’s no wonder that so many people are building these high-rises.
There is a lot of demand for these high buildings, and companies want to be located in the heart of the city, in an area with an abundance of jobs.
But, for the most part, New Yorkers are stuck in their high-rise apartment complexes.
While it is not uncommon for an apartment to have a kitchen and bathroom on it, a majority of these apartments have a shared bathroom.
Many people who move to New Zealand or other low-density urban areas for work have shared bathrooms with their co-workers.
They can share their apartments, but not their shared bathrooms.
As a result, many New Yorkers who have moved to the United States to work in the tech sector, or for other work, have been stuck in one or more shared bathrooms, and have had to relocate.
Even if a new apartment was to be built in a high-density area, there would still be shared bathrooms for workers to use.
For many people, this is unacceptable.
Some people feel like they can’t afford a bathroom.
They don’t want to leave their shared bathroom for someone else.
If people are going to have shared bathroom facilities, they need to be in the same apartment complex, or at least in the living room of the apartment they share.
So, a lot more work needs to be done.
There are several options that are being considered.
The first is a redesign of the buildings themselves.
There have been proposals for some time to redesign buildings in New York and other big cities around the world that are built around high-tech and other tech companies.
The plan is for these buildings to be smaller and more energy-efficient.
The idea is to give these buildings a higher energy density, and to create a more attractive place to live.
But many people have criticized these changes, and say that they do not make sense because they would have to redesign the entire building to fit in the new, higher-energy-density space.
The alternative would be to redesign all of the building so that it could be more energy efficient.
This could be done by redesigning the entire structure, or even all of it.
This is a process that has been tried in other places.
The project for the redesign of a hotel in Tokyo was one of those.
It is called Tokyo 2020, and it was designed to reduce the amount of energy used by the hotel by up to 50 percent.
In contrast, a hotel that is already very energy-dense, like the Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago, can reduce energy use by 30 percent by adding an additional 10,000 square feet to the existing hotel.
Another project is being developed to redesign an entire neighborhood in New Orleans, one of New Orleans’ largest and most densely populated areas.
This project would create a community center in the New Orleans district that would be smaller, and less dense, than the current hotel and retail complex in downtown New Orleans.
It would be more like a hotel than a retail center, and would include a rooftop park.
There has been a lot talk about building more shared-room apartments in New Zealand, but many people still feel that these new buildings would be too small.
They want to live in larger apartments, with more space for people to share bathrooms.
And that is an issue that is often raised in discussions about New York or other big-city cities.
Another option is to create public spaces.
Many communities in the United Kingdom have built their entire urban infrastructure around parks, and some of these parks are actually shared bathrooms and common areas.
There would be less energy required for people sharing bathrooms, but the same kind of public spaces would be built.
In some places, these public spaces could even include restrooms.
For example, in London, the new Olympic stadium, built with public money, includes a shared-bathroom area.
