Then apply the coat over a layer of sealant over the top.

Sealant is applied by spraying it directly on the roof surface and then applying it over another layer of coat.
It helps keep the roof from cracking or crumbling during a cold winter.3.
Over Coat If you don`t have paint on, you could spray over the building with a coat and sealer.
It works by mixing water and a water-based sealant that is sprayed over the exterior of the roof or in a coat on the exterior.
If you do this, the water that comes out of the coat and the sealer will act like a mildew barrier.

The only requirement is that the coat be applied evenly to the exterior surface of the house.
Coat can also be applied to an exterior of a window or door.
The first coat is for exterior roofs.
Coat should be applied on the inside surface of exterior roof or door and then sprayed over a sealant or sealer over the next coat.
This ensures that the coating does not get wet.
This method is most effective on roofs with very high ceilings or with light ceilings.
