Architecture + concrete coating: how to get the most out of the new building technology

New buildings will be built in two stages: First, a concrete coating is applied to the exterior of the building, before the building is filled with concrete.

The concrete coating then forms a layer of plastic to protect the building from dust and water.

Next, a layer is applied over the cement and plastic coating to provide the interior with structural strength and stability.

“In the past, building owners used to think of the coatings as just covering up the facade, but now we are learning that they can provide structural strength,” said John McLean, founder of the McLean Design Group.

“This means that the building can be constructed to withstand multiple storms and withstand high winds and high winds of up to 60 miles per hour.”

For example, a storm of this magnitude would leave a gaping hole in the building’s facade, causing it to collapse and exposing the building to further damage.

To prevent that from happening, the coating layer is sandwiched between two layers of concrete.

“The coating layer protects the concrete, while the concrete layer protects and insulates the building,” McLean said.

McLean’s design for the new Mardi Gras New Orleans hotel and conference center includes an aluminum coating to protect against the elements and provide structural stability.

The coating layer also helps protect the concrete.

While the building will look different in the new coatings and can withstand the elements, McLean says it’s not about aesthetics or aesthetics alone.

“It’s about getting the building built to last,” he said.

The new coatations will be used for building materials such as concrete, brick, aluminum, and steel.

They’ll also provide protection against dust and the elements by covering the building with a polymer coating.

“With the new materials, the building itself is not just a piece of concrete and concrete dust,” Mclean said.

“You’re actually creating an additional layer of insulation that will provide structural protection.”

McLean added that the coating should also help protect against corrosion.

“I think that coating is going to last a long time and will be more durable than other coatings because it will be in contact with the concrete,” he explained.

“There’s going to be a coating that will last for years, and there’s also a coating for rust.”
